Dr. Robert Murphy received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 1975, where he was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honor Society, and graduated magna cum laude. He graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1979 and has been in private practice ever since.
Dr. Murphy is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Western Los Angeles Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He also is an active member of various dental study groups, including the La Jolla TMJ and Occlusion Study Group, and recently completed level two in the UCLA Esthetic Dentistry Continuum. Continuing education is an important part of his dental practice.
Being an active member of the community is important to Dr. Murphy, and he supports a variety of civic and youth projects, and is a member and past president of the El Segundo Kiwanis Club. |
